Refund Policy

At GlossXPro, we aim to provide high-quality salon-inspired haircare products and a smooth shopping experience.

Refunds or returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

1. The product received is damaged.
2. The wrong product was delivered.
3. The product was missing from the order.
4. The product packaging was severely damaged during delivery.

To request a refund or return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Order number
- Full name
- Phone number
- Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue

Refund or return requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the issue is related to damage or wrong delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Used products
- Opened products
- Products disliked after use
- Results varying from person to person
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Customer changing their mind after delivery
- Orders damaged due to customer handling

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

If replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the issue is caused by GlossXPro or the delivery partner.
